EUMOFA — European Market Observatory for Fisheries and Aquaculture Products. Monthly household consumption of fresh salmon (net weight, tonnes), based on EUMOFA's "Household consumption of fresh products" dataset. Coverage includes 10 European countries (Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden) and is not a full-EU total. Fresh product only — frozen, smoked, prepared and canned salmon are excluded, as is the food-service (HoReCa) channel. The most recent months are preliminary and may be revised by EUMOFA.
