CEAGESP surveys the wholesale market on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and publishes a single lumped line, “SALMÃO IMP. CHILE”, with low (Menor), common (Comum) and high (Maior) quotes in BRL/kg. The source does not split by species or product form; no Atlantic vs. Coho distinction is asserted here.
